• Non-refundable items: Gift cards, customized products, and any product marked as final sale are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team. Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made before shipment.
• After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept it upon delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the refund.
